What happens in the room

Six stages, one session

  1. 01

    Talk first

Injury history, what hurts, how you ride, what you're training for. Fifteen minutes before you clip in.

  2. 02

    Body assessment

Range of motion, leg lengths, foot structure, saddle tolerance. This is what makes the numbers mean something.

  3. 03

    On the bike

Cleats, saddle height and setback, reach, bar width and drop — adjusted and ridden, not guessed from a chart.

  4. 04

    Pressure mapping

A sensor mat shows exactly where you're carrying load, so saddle choice stops being trial and error.

  5. 05

    Written record

Every measurement, emailed to you. Take it to any shop, any bike, any time.

  6. 06

    Free follow-up

One adjustment session included within 90 days. Bodies settle; positions should too.
